    SC Sues to Overturn Decision on Voter ID

    According to the Associate Press, South Carolina's newly passed law requiring voters to show an ID to vote was the "first voter ID law to be refused by the federal agency in nearly 20 years." In a lawsuit filed Tuesday, South Carolina's Attorney General, Alan Wilson, asked a judge to overturn the Justice Department's decision.
